Care-free installation with optional services beyond the standard

Support+ takes the customers’s risk of a product damage within the installation phase.

In the case an accidental damage during installation happens, Sharp/NEC will take care of a replacement within the Support+ promise.

 

  • Optional for dedicated displays and projectors
  • Exchange service for countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland
  • Collect-Repair-Return (CRR) service for selected countries within EMEA
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) term extended to 45 days after delivery
  • Replacement with new unit in case of accidental damage occurred during installation
  • Replacement with same model within the first 12 months of warranty
  • Replacement/Repair in case of accidental mechanical damage due to external influences
