Care-free installation with optional services beyond the standard
Support+ takes the customers’s risk of a product damage within the installation phase.
In the case an accidental damage during installation happens, Sharp/NEC will take care of a replacement within the Support+ promise.
- Optional for dedicated displays and projectors
- Exchange service for countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland
- Collect-Repair-Return (CRR) service for selected countries within EMEA
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) term extended to 45 days after delivery
- Replacement with new unit in case of accidental damage occurred during installation
- Replacement with same model within the first 12 months of warranty
- Replacement/Repair in case of accidental mechanical damage due to external influences
